To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午下午茶去了吃這家百分百冰室,環境不錯。 在門口排隊排了10分鐘。 排隊的時候看了餐牌。 進入餐館後選了西多士和雞翅膀套餐34元,跟餐加6元叫了一杯涼粉紅豆冰。 西多士炸得剛剛好,中間有花生醬,然後有蜜糖和牛油在上面。雞翼餐是半邊的西多士。可以叫全個西多士的餐。 雞翅膀配上一些香料粉,有兩隻挺好吃。 然後那杯涼粉紅豆冰,也挺好喝的。不會太甜。下面放紅豆上面放涼粉。另外還可以選擇咖啡紅豆冰,下次可以試一試。下午茶時段有限時吃45分鐘。
