To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝後重臨,感覺煥然一新。不過可惜以前的卡位已經唔存在了。因是夜不是本人發板,所以唔係記得好清楚啲菜名,請見諒。鵝片︰依舊好味。豆板醬炒生菜︰豆板醬味唔夠,而且個菜好油。欖菜倉魚︰雖然第一次食用欖菜整嘅餸,但我就覺得麻麻地。都係煎倉魚片惹味好多。勝瓜煎餅 ︰其實係類似煎蠔餅咁,不過家人話呢啲時節嘅蠔仔唔乾淨,所以至改叫呢個嚟試。呢個煎餅真係好差好差,完全都唔似煎過,淡而無味,而且仲好『黏』好似食緊年糕咁,總之食完之後個口就好似『漿』住咁啦。炆花膠︰第一次食咁厚身嘅花膠,味道不錯。但家人話是夜的花膠比以前差好遠,同埋冇以為咁厚喎。粉葛湯︰原本想叫胡椒豬肚湯咖,不過侍應話,而家啲豬肚唔再係原個豬肚上,係切咗絲咖喇,所以我地商討過之後就叫咗呢個湯喇。不過呢個粉葛湯都好正,而且啲粉葛又夠『粉』喎。唯一想講嘅係 ---> 每次經過我地張檯嘅侍應,都會問我地需唔需要幫我地『畢』啲料出嚟,我唔係嫌佢地煩,而係覺得,如果啲料『畢』咗出嚟咪凍哂唔好食囉!我覺得佢地應該用另外一個角度諗吓點解個客人唔想你地咁做囉。總括嚟講,今次呢餐飯真係比以前差咗,希望佢地可以改善吓啦!
