To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美心皇宮用了一年時間去裝修, 8月頭終於重開啦,本來打算一開張冇耐就去試, 但係真的勁多人,所以放棄了, 之後過了幾個星期才再嚟, 都一樣咁多人,不過照等, 因為地方大, D人攞完飛好快放棄,所以我們要等100幾張飛, 但大半小時就到,都好快呀.坐在一樓最盡頭近禮堂位置, 裝修係華麗左, 地方闊落左, 本來係以為冇左燒味檔, 因為之前係門口, 但係裝修後冇左. 媽媽話見到有人食叉燒飯, 初初看餐牌的時候係睇唔到, 可能心裏面已覺得佢唔存在.其實係有的, 我們叫左一個蒸蘿白糕,珍珠雞, 仲有一碗叉燒飯. 這裏還保留推點心車的傳統. 食物方面退步了不少, 珍珠雞入面D配料只係一些肉碎,還有好多醬,好咸呀. 蘿白糕就勁硬呀,好多粉的,雖然都有蘿白絲,不過真的好實好硬. 叉燒飯都OK,但都冇以前咁好味呀.我們的結論係唔會再嚟啦.
