整體的燈光調至半暗,可能對傳統的老人家來説會不太習慣,酒樓總是要很光猛才是對的。
但是,我相信店家的目標也著重於新一代的客人為主吧!正所謂長江後浪推前浪,是無可囗非的。
味道方面也十分精緻,每道菜也吃得出是花過工夫的,晚上的套餐和傳統的不一樣,份量配得很好,就算人數不多也可吃得多種類,這點值得一贊。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
