疫情過後,莆田嘅風格跟以前有點變,現在餐廳細了,裝修簡約了,服務員的T有點「海灘走走」味道,熱情了,也催版了點😅,不過無損食物質素,✨🥢精美四小拼$138: 紫菜酸酸甜甜;小腸乾淨;筍爽口;鮑魚軟糯。✨🥣福州魚丸燕皮梅扁食湯$38(每位):紫菜湯底;每碗都有一粒大魚丸,魚丸爽口軟滑,好開胃。✨🥢冰浸苦瓜$58: 苦瓜片到薄薄的,唔苦而且冰浸住,顯得清新。✨🥢 百秒黃花魚$78(條):只用100秒蒸,黃花魚好滑好嫩。每人一條也絕不是問題👍🏻✨🥢芋泥香酥鴨$98: 全餐最失望是這碟,芋泥唔夠粉,外皮唔夠酥,而且整體很乾。✨🍲桂花陳皮燉雪梨$48: (食咗一啖先記起要拍照😅)陳皮好香陳,應該有十年,把雪梨都帶香了,一口食下去很滋潤😋
