羊肉串完全不覺得是羊肉,孜然完全沒有和肉香味融為一體,閉著眼睛以為在吃豬肉,而且38塊錢一串。
魚香肉絲特別酸,感覺在吃醋溜肉絲,完全沒有魚香的味道。
米飯是黏在一起一大坨的,沒有粒粒分明的勁道。
京燒排骨架是甜的,由內而外的甜,卻又不是糖醋排骨做法而是醬骨架的做法,整個味奇怪到難以下嚥。在北京那麼多年從來沒見過這種做法。
總之,想吃正宗北方菜不要來。🤮🤮

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
