Restaurant: Choi Fook Delight Banquet

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人是這家酒樓多年以來常客雖然職員有時比較冷漠,但因為位置方便鄰近屋企,食物質素有保證,週末或有親戚訪港亦會介紹他們。但今晚食完後一肚氣!是日一早已訂位 (知道Walk in未必有位,常常爆場),一大班親朋戚友高高興興去到。當想叫最出名的片皮鴨時,侍應說已經賣完,想食要訂定(心諗冇辦法啦,自己冇提早預訂)之後想落單,附近幾位侍應見到我哋舉手但扮睇唔到!然後終於有位侍應過嚟落單,落單後一心諗住等上菜,過咗一陣間侍應回頭說其中一道菜 油雞已賣哂,問我哋介唔介意轉其他雞,開頭我哋話唔介意,他便轉身去廚房下單但之後我哋醒起叫嘅油雞係特價菜,問返侍應嘅時候佢話轉左其他雞就沒有特價(咁如果我哋冇問咪收多咗我哋錢!?)家人: 點解你唔講轉左其他雞會收多咗錢?侍應: 係咁㗎啦,其他雞係其他價錢 (語氣理直氣壯)我:🤯咁我哋其他餸都唔要啦,因為我哋想要食嘅菜式你哋無,落單前又唔講清楚賣哂,改咗菜式唔同價錢亦都冇同我哋講清楚侍應此時就叫男經理過來男經理: 唔好意思,今日就係冇油雞,嗰位話有嘅職員,聽日唔會再見到佢。我可以送甜品我: 送甜品係冇用,我哋唔介意俾原價,但係你哋應該要預告定俾我哋知男經理:明白嘅

侍應此時就叫男經理過來
男經理: 唔好意思,今日就係冇油雞,嗰位話有嘅職員,聽日唔會再見到佢。我可以送甜品
我: 送甜品係冇用,我哋唔介意俾原價,但係你哋應該要預告定俾我哋知
男經理:明白嘅,但係廚房已經接咗單煮緊,我送半隻燒雞俾你啦,唔好意思
我: 好啦咁
此時經理態度尚可接受


食完成餐飯叫侍應可以上甜品的時候,男經理氣沖沖聲大夾惡行過來,向着我長輩用福建話(可能聽到我哋講福建話)說:我已經送半隻燒雞,不能再送甜品。我只係打份工已經賠了錢送燒雞,大家都係福建人,做人不能這樣,之後就走咗去
此時我的面口已經🤬🤬🤬但現場都是長輩,長輩諗住息事寧人就算,多一事不如少一事
最後叫埋單時,幾個侍應繼續行行企企,見到我哋舉手都繼續扮睇唔到!


其實解釋返已經送咗半隻燒雞代替咗甜品咪得囉,使唔使咁凶狠呢?使唔使講祖宗呢?誰大誰惡誰正確?今時今日咁嘅服務態度係完全不能接受,啲語氣仲難聽過講粗口


希望管理層能夠正視問題!見到網上已經有好多人留言投訴職員態度,尤其是男經理。今日親身經歷真係俾錢買難受,集團式經營的酒樓員工(甚至經理級)持有這種服務態度,真的令我另眼相看!


其實北角/炮台山有好多食肆選擇,行前少少過對面馬路已經有間酒樓。奉勸大家如果真的要光顧這間酒樓
1.一定要預約位置和菜式
2.要有高尚情操忍受俾人長期忽視
3.菜單上有嘅菜式唔一定會有,就算落咗單都唔一定食到
