灣仔食肆林立,單是港式燒味餐廳已有好幾間,大排長龍的也不少。以全日不停燒製燒鵝和乳豬為賣點的天龍燒鵝是當中被低估了的一間。它的創辦人曾是米芝蓮二星中餐廳燒味部主廚,經驗豐富,加上選材優質,出品的燒鵝、乳豬和各式燒味都有質素保證,價錢親民,我和同事每星期都會幫襯至少兩次。我們最愛一人套餐,有飯、燒味、湯、菜和小食。價錢由$80-$190,性價比高。🏅原隻燒鵝髀拼叉燒($150)🏅原隻燒鵝髀拼燒腩仔($150)燒鵝外皮深褐色,飽滿不縐,肉質細嫩、滿口鮮香。叉燒肥膏少而肉質軟腍,焦香美味。燒腩仔外皮甘香酥脆。
