To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚飯時段,見門外人龍不長,不如試下這間過江龍拉麵?小弟偏愛魚介,當下想也不想,點了豬骨魚介湯底及幼身拉麵,梅頭叉燒。冰水是自助式,埋單不收加一,典型日式拉麵店的佈局。等了差不多10-15分鐘上菜,以拉麵店嚟講係耐左些少。先喝一口湯,質感偏厚但不算”杰”。豬骨味偏清淡,魚介味不突出。看來這個湯頭的主角是豬骨,魚介只是個大配角。叉燒豬肉味算濃,不錯。流心蛋極有蛋味,吃得出加了味林之類的調味,也對辦。麵條掛湯力中上,unremarkable . 縱觀整個麵其實是不錯的,但本著對過江龍的巨大期望下,我得承認是有少少失望。尤其上年在福岡的”一双”吃過非常不錯的拉麵後,對九洲的拉麵一直推崇備至。$88碗,我未必會回來。
