有晚宵夜時段，我和阿女食完炸雞腿包和炸薯角都肚屙，我屙咗一次就冇事，女兒屙咗幾日。幫襯咗呢間麥當勞咁耐，第一次會咁樣。以前食開冇問題的，最近質素轉差。請有關部門關注一下呢間麥當勞的衛生狀況，以免有同類事情發生
