To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情呢排都返shift,提早收工,特登六點就去牛角嘆放題。初頭都有擔心疫情下食燒肉會唔會危險,不過餐廳都好體貼地做足衛生措施。包括門口加放自動酒精搓手液機,派發手套同一個俾食客放口罩嘅信封。我同朋友揀咗食Level 3,基本上大部份嘅肉類都食到,仲可以試埋海鮮,例如蜆同帶子。牛角燒肉不嬲都係質數保證,我地當然加杯啤酒,再自製一個牛角飯去送燒肉啦。作為一個牛角迷真係大滿足呀!餐廳亦好細心咁將自助嘅甜品同小食都包好保鮮紙,確保衛生,真係食得開心又放心。一定要encore呀!
