To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然18Grams有幾間分店，聽就聽過幾次，一直未有機會黎，岩岩星期日早上約埋朋友出銅鑼灣食返個brunch，搵黃店時就見到18Grams，竟然佢係黃又一直未食過，一於幫襯下黎到先發現原來小店店面真係好細，得兩張枱，一張bar枱係門口。望到menu先知道原來小店有bagel 意想不到呢！我地就叫左一個Aussie Breakfast同兩個Smoke Salmon $ Sunny Side Up Bagel我的Salmon Bagel原來仲會跟牛油果醬，smoke salmon + smash avocado + sunny side up真係超強組合，點襯都甘好食，食到一半已經覺得飽，非常滿足的brunch

我的Salmon Bagel原來仲會跟牛油果醬，smoke salmon + smash avocado + sunny side up真係超強組合，
點襯都甘好食，食到一半已經覺得飽，非常滿足的brunch
