To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因工作關係,近日常跟老闆到高檔中菜餐館用饍。放假晚上自己食飯,突然想起銖記有些小炒,絕對比一些高檔中菜廳好食,所以有時窮人亦有窮人的口福。蜜椒薈萃牛柳粒 個汁有少許蜜汁,加上黑、白胡椒,所以個汁有點甜之餘亦帶辣,好惹味、香口。牛柳粒煎到恰到火喉,不會太靭,亦無一些高檔中菜廳般用了鬆肉粉,肉嫩彈牙。 風沙雞翼久聞風沙雞係呢度鎮店招牌菜,想試好耐,但由於太好賣,晚上9:30去到己賣哂,唯有點風沙雞翼。雞翼炸得恰到好處,雞皮炸到唔會太多油,炸蒜+炸雞皮一齊食,好惹味。不過,驚喜程度就未及清湯蘿白崩沙腩。 清湯蘿白崩沙腩因有蘿白的關係,個湯好清甜、好好飲。牛腩唔肥唔靱,口感一流。總括來說,銖記的價錢比一般孰食檔或茶餐廳貴一點,但考慮味道、食物質素,性價比極高。

Other Info. : 這里的雞燉翅亦是佳品,只係普通一碗湯的價錢。不過,最近內地政府提出3年後內地禁售/ 管有魚翅,本港有環保組織亦建議香港效法。未來平民魚翅或成絕響了。
