同朋友喺九龍城食TEA,二話不說去永珍。舖內裝修簡約而富泰國FEEL,下午時段唔使等位。越南生牛肉河$32食極都唔厭嘅生牛肉河。呢度嘅牛河水準穩定,湯滾牛靚,熱湯一淖,牛肉汁同洋蔥、金蒜、葱、青檸汁同指天椒合而為一,食粉前呷一啖湯,鮮甜之極,河粉爽滑幼細,牛肉味濃郁,一個字,好味😋越南滴滴咖啡$12正宗越南蒸餾咖啡,因為即叫即做,咖啡甘香無酸味,配煉奶飲別有一番滋味😌越南春卷$46。(無影相😔)又係每次必點菜式。雖然要等十分鐘,但老闆堅持即叫即做。春卷皮炸得鬆化,饀料飽滿,用生菜包住,再點魚露一齊食,啖啖傳統味道。九龍城泰國菜館多過七仔,可以屹立廿年,絕非僥倖。
