西灣河太安樓出名多野食,好似台灣啲夜市,可以掃幾條巷既野食,好有feel。今日經過呢度,就專登過黎掃下街。臨走問下屋企人想食乜,外賣比佢食,佢一講就講要試呢間小老板,乜原來咁出名。原來佢食過炮台山嗰邊間總店話好食,知佢係太安樓開左分店就話要試下。佢係太安樓出面啲地鋪,好似就搵到。平平實實既門面😂,入面有幾個人係度不斷包不斷包,都好忙下。睇睇有乜食,呢度啲價錢好親民,叫多啲都無妨,呢野流轉得快,全部野都係煎完即出。呢度最出名係生煎包一定要嗌,10蚊3隻,豬肉餡、包面沾左啲芝麻,而個包底幾香脆。鍋貼 6/$20,鍋貼皮底香脆,饀肉鮮甜。小籠包 5/$25,抵食呀,皮薄,食落多湯汁。红油抄手$25, 抄手細細粒,個汁好香唔太辣。始終拎返到屋企都無咁熱,即場食應該仲正。
