Un Chau Beef Noodles (Green Court) (Closed)

We came late but were lucky enough to have a huge bowl of Taiwanese braised beef noodles in a rich savoury broth. Only 20 bowls would be served per day, and you could choose the types of noodles, I picked the thick Taiwanese noodles and they tasted so good with the flavourful broth. There were also a couple of tender braised beef briskets and turnips in huge chunks. Very big portion at a low price!

We added some addictively crispy deep fried fish skins to dip into the noodle broth. I literally couldn’t stop eating these.

The good old-fashioned braised short rib+ beef tendon rice set could be elderly’s favourite. The tendon was extra tender, and the short rib was chewy. This set came with vegetables/ panfried squid fish cake, and a drink of choice.
