放工後,與同事前來這一家放題餐廳吃晚飯。初時會想吃放題,至少要三百元才可以找數吧?但原來這裡平日星期一至五的消費只需$168,八時半入座更低至$138,可說是一家價錢親民的放題餐廳。在藍田站爬上幾道扶手電梯,終於在啟田商場的一角找到這家餐廳。入內二話不說馬上點餐,刺身當然是優先點的吧!刺身算新鮮,選擇不算少,第一輪點了三文魚、立魚、希靈魚、鮑片、蟹棒、玉子,每種淺嚐一兩片就好,登時暑氣全消。旁邊的乾冰不斷散發著煙霧,使菜式更添冰涼的感覺。可以看出這裡的壽司選單都經過特別設計,力求避免與刺生過份重疊。即使是三文魚壽司,也提供了黑松露和炙燒的版本。個人比較喜歡炙燒壽司,因為可以嚐到表面的焦香外,還可吃到食材內裡原始的味道。蟹粥鮮味不算出眾,不過淡淡的口味很合口胃。燒蠔挺香口,蠔屬於個子小的那種,蠔味突出。串燒一般,火喉不太夠。炸物大集會──有海鮮米卷、蝦餅、雞翼、蠔、年糕,全部都熱度滿分。清酒煮蜆有淡淡的清酒香味,蜆小而具相當韌度,也沒有沙。粟米粒的牛油味不突出。金菇肥牛卷比想像中要大紮,金菇爽口,牛肉滿有牛味又不算韌。餐廳提供多國料理,所以有這一道咖哩牛腩。牛腩非常軟滑,咖喱的味道也很香
