To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 適逢母親節,仔女帶我出去食返餐上海嘢,一家四口, $1000都唔使,經濟又實惠!而且餐廳主打手工菜,款式眾多,好啱多人分享,而且行走工業風架,坐得舒適!點心方面叫咗小籠包同京蔥手切牛肉包。小籠包中規中矩反而牛肉包有驚喜,包皮煎至金黃,牛肉餡料頗有醬汁。主食方面叫咗啲屋企整唔到嘅小菜:松子魚、石榴一字骨、紅燒獅子頭。醬汁酸酸甜甜,特別開胃,連魚頭完美都炸得香酥香口,加上一粒粒松子肉,更加有口感!石榴一字骨酸味較重,但係肉質細嫩,連埋石榴一齊食,帶點清甜。紅燒獅子頭份量誇張,肉質入口好嫩,特別鍾意佢嘅醬汁,濃郁得來又唔會太鹹。最後以一個豆沙鍋餅作結,豆沙清甜,外皮脆卜卜,再嘆番杯茶,真係飽到行唔郁😂😂
