相信呢個月大家都會被蟹類既食物洗板.懶惰開既我,雖然都愛蟹,但實在太怕麻煩,所以搵到一間有蟹肉蟹黃油撈烏冬既餐廳,過過口癮.地址是在城市花園裡.小店一間,裝潢簡約.看過OPENRICE既食評,覺得幾吸引.食物選擇不多,但我一心來,就係要試呢個原名為鮮蟹肉蟹黃油煮頂級手打稻庭烏冬$148蟹肉蟹膏一大堆,金黃色的感覺十分吸引,每口盡是蟹的精華,亦有帶少少辛辣感.我諗肉和膏既比例為46.汁液比較杰身,所以令到烏冬掛滿汁.烏冬都算彈牙既,但滑度不算高.其實撈公仔麵可能仲正(個人口味)$20既凍檸茶有少少花臣,就係用上青檸,口味自然不同.值得一讚係幫我督埋舊檸但有樣野實在過份,原來星期二食呢款只需$98.雖然我係知情下照樣原價叫呢款,但係食完後心裡總是有陰影
