秋意濃濃,無須多講,喺食蟹的時候,咁就非上海菜莫屬!約蟹迷一齊去樂天皇朝蟹一蟹!門口等位的時候就可以欣賞師傅的手藝,都在包小籠包。其實對大閘蟹又愛又恨,要食好耐先食完一隻蟹,所以懶人最啱就係食呢個系列。茶位$7,小食每碟$15,小食有花生和栗子,食材好稔,好入味,甜甜地,入口即化。心太軟(糯米紅棗)($52),紅棗包住糯米食,甜甜的,既有特色,也很有嚼勁,瞬間成為我最愛的上海菜式之一。蘿蔔絲酥餅($38 三件),滿滿的蘿蔔絲,新鮮焗的,不會太油腻,蘿蔔味道清甜,外皮烤很鬆化。京醬肉絲配薄餅($82),肉絲帶京葱一齊炒,見到已經好吸引,用薄皮包住多汁的肉絲食,很滋味。飽點咁出色,忍唔住都要再order試下。葱油餅($35兩件),造型特別,已經為你切好了,方便食用。葱味強烈,也很鬆化,味道不錯。重點上場,蟹粉蝦仁($188),蝦肉爽脆,加上大量蟹粉冚面,賣相極之吸引。再者,蝦蟹味道調和,能與蟹粉一齊大啖大啖食,真喺好幸福。一個蝦蟹又點會夠呢,再上蟹粉炒飯($128),炒飯用蛋花和葱炒,面淋上的蟹粉,蟹味道非常濃郁,有見得到的蟹肉和蟹膏,令人很滿足,而且性價比相當高。
