原來一講紅橋,所有屯門人都知道邊度,朋友話紅橋有間食日式烏冬的湯底好正,一定要帶我去試下,中午時間過去剛好唔使等就有位,間舖好細得3張枱,唔使排隊真係好好運呀!店長知道我未嚟食過,好細心咁介紹有咩食,各式的材料,湯底製法,咖啡的各種不同做法等等,非常有耐心,十分抵讚!我哋決定點腐皮醬油燒海老烏冬、燒帆立貝烏冬、飲品點了冷萃咖啡和自家釀製Lemonade,最後仲叫埋甜品Tiramisu,大滿足!超級推介頂立的湯底,特別係海老湯,Base係用自家烹調鰹魚昆布湯,採用天然日曬鰹魚、風乾昆布、特選醬油和清酒烹調半天,而醬油蝦湯係用上蝦頭,全清酒熬製特濃蝦汁,配上鰹魚昆布湯帶出獨有的滋味,因為太好味的關係,連個湯都清光了。冷萃咖啡清爽得嚟不失醇厚;將自家釀製Lemonade入落鋁罐,儀式感即時提升,而且味道好清新順喉,夏天飲真心正。
