✨ 蝦湯口感似奶泡咖啡，濃厚又滑，蝦味非常突出。加入櫻花蝦同蝦油，令整碗拉麵更上一層樓。
上枱時，店員即場淋上蝦油，香味即刻撲鼻而來。建議先飲一啖湯，感受最原始嘅鮮味。
頭幾啖湯蝦味好鮮，但蝦油食完之後，味道明顯淡咗，層次感亦減弱。
好在唔算太鹹。
🍜 至於麵質就比較普通，雖然彈牙但唔夠煙韌，冇乜味道。
🦪 我仲試咗醬油漬蠔同醉鮑魚。醬油漬蠔蠔尤其出色，肥美鮮甜，口感滑溜，幾好味。
💭 整體嚟講未至於值得特登去，但唔使排隊都算係一種福氣。

I arrived around 5:30 PM and luckily didn’t have to queue.
✨ The shrimp broth had a cappuccino-like texture—rich, creamy, and packed with intense shrimp flavor. The addition of sakura shrimp and shrimp oil really elevated the whole experience.
When served, the staff added shrimp oil directly into the ramen, and wow—the aroma hit instantly. Make sure to sip the soup first!
The first few spoonfuls were bursting with the taste of fresh shrimp. However, once the shrimp oil was finished, the flavor lost its depth and became noticeably lighter.
At least it wasn’t overly salty.
🍜 As for the noodles—nothing special. They were firm and springy but lacked chewiness and were completely flavorless.
🦪 I also tried the soy-marinated oyster and abalone. The drunken oyster was particularly impressive—plump, fresh, and silky smooth. Delicious!
💭 Overall, I wouldn’t strongly recommend this place... but hey, no queue was a blessing!
