老闆説每天去街市買新鮮生猛及一定肥美的,因為只選擇魚腩部分燒,出來才彈牙!特別是上枱見燒得很焦,老闆說焦是因為要皮脆!而蜜糖甜味會蓋著焦味,又確是。千層釀大腸 釀了糯米在豬大腸內,味道肥美不錯。
