To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蛇羹很重的檸檬味,很清爽。雞肉絲也蠻有較勁,加了香菇雖然沒有看到蛇,也沒有蛇味,但是味道讚,料也很足。羹的質地半透明粘稠,很爽口。差不多9點去到,人真的很多,都是搭台坐在一起。豆腐煲裡的雞肉加了蝦醬,很下飯。夥計真的很忙,點單叫了差不多5次,又漏了一個蛇羹。我叫到點單的時候,隔壁比我們後來的已經在抹嘴了。叫夥計除非你叫到整間店都聽到,否則沒人理你。
