To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天寒地凍, 最好就係飲番碗熱湯暖o下身。所以就約o左朋友o黎呢度食lunch。12:15分就o黎到, 唔使等即刻有位坐! 平時多數都係夜晚o黎, 唔知lunch 又點樣o架呢? 一坐低見好多人都係叫臘味飯, 但我o地就想嗌餸食飯, 於是點o左以下菜式:海底椰萍果雪梨煲豬展湯: 正正正!湯十分清甜足料, 除o左可以o係湯度搵到以上所有材料, 仲有南北杏, 十分滋潤。枝竹斑腩煲:味道很不錯, 枝竹十分入味, 唯獨班腩炸得老o左, 粉太厚。蛋白臘腸炒飯: 正飯炒得十分乾身, 臘腸肥瘦適中。椒絲腐羽炒時菜:唔會點出事o既一個菜色, 不錯。忍唔住都要講多次, 燉湯真係冇得彈, 飲完即刻暖番晒! 由於午餐同晚餐價錢一樣, 總是覺得食晚餐抵o的, 不過今次有人請, 無計! 哈!

湯十分清甜足料, 除o左可以o係湯度搵到以上所有材料, 仲有南北杏, 十分滋潤。

枝竹斑腩煲:
味道很不錯, 枝竹十分入味, 唯獨班腩炸得老o左, 粉太厚。

蛋白臘腸炒飯: 正
飯炒得十分乾身, 臘腸肥瘦適中。

椒絲腐羽炒時菜:
唔會點出事o既一個菜色, 不錯。

忍唔住都要講多次, 燉湯真係冇得彈, 飲完即刻暖番晒! 由於午餐同晚餐價錢一樣, 總是覺得食晚餐抵o的, 不過今次有人請, 無計! 哈!
