To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 下班約了朋友在中環食晚飯,天氣突然轉冷,想吃點熱辣辣的。所以選擇附近的蛇王芬。由於朋友不太喜歡蛇羹,所以沒有點。我們點了二人晚市套餐$530,包了一盅燉湯、一碟海鮮、一碟主菜、一碟主食,附送糖水。⭐️燉湯—無花果燉豬肺無花果和蜜棗使到整盅湯非常滋潤和清甜。豬肺有大大的四五塊,洗得好乾淨沒有異味,最欣賞的是豬肺燉得非常滑嫩,一點都不老,可以整口吞下。⭐️主菜—豬潤啫啫雞煲整煲份量足夠,多雞腿肉、豬潤也是大大塊的。 配菜洋蔥、乾蔥頭非常入味,送飯一絕。⭐️海鮮—黃金脆炸鮮魷炸漿香脆,包裹每塊魷魚,外層沾上一顆顆的鹹蛋黃粒,令整塊魷魚增添風味,配上香醋,一口接一口。⭐️主食—福建炒飯炒飯底顆顆分明,口感剛好。芡汁濃淡適中,材料豐富有雞粒、蝦仁、魚柳、素鮑片、雜菜等等,整碟色彩繽紛,好開胃。⭐️香草陳皮綠豆沙我一向不太喜歡綠豆沙,那套餐送了綠豆沙就試一下,一吃有驚喜,熱綠豆沙有淡淡香草味、綠豆煮沙,但不會太濃稠,不然會像吃糊一樣,而且糖水沒有加太多糖,一點都不膩,令我對綠豆沙改觀了。⭐️桃膠菊花桂花雪梨茶原來蛇王芬開了二線品牌四季芬芳,試了桃膠菊花桂花雪梨茶,我和朋友都好喜歡,感覺沒有另外添加糖,喝下好舒

我一向不太喜歡綠豆沙,那套餐送了綠豆沙就試一下,一吃有驚喜,熱綠豆沙有淡淡香草味、綠豆煮沙,但不會太濃稠,不然會像吃糊一樣,而且糖水沒有加太多糖,一點都不膩,令我對綠豆沙改觀了。

原來蛇王芬開了二線品牌四季芬芳,試了桃膠菊花桂花雪梨茶,我和朋友都好喜歡,感覺沒有另外添加糖,喝下好舒服,好滋潤。桃膠和雪梨增加了口感。
