To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚路過這商場,便進來這連鎖特色茶餐廳吃個飯。它的“星期一晚餐推介”有個“安格斯牛扒”,照片蠻吸引,好吧,來 ...牛扒的表面可能沾了點粉,煎完出來有點脆口,不錯,薯條也應該有沾過粉,配那個牛肝菌汁,味道可以,但這個汁像糊仔一樣,不是很想去沾它,反而自己灑點兒鹽在牛扒上,好味多了。“慢煮秘製咖哩焗牛腩配珍珠飯”,嗯,靚牛腩,是牛肋條,沒渣,這個號稱是和風的咖哩其實是巴基斯坦風,辣到爆炸,不過我喜歡!

它的“星期一晚餐推介”有個“安格斯牛扒”,照片蠻吸引,好吧,來 ...

牛扒的表面可能沾了點粉,煎完出來有點脆口,不錯,薯條也應該有沾過粉,配那個牛肝菌汁,味道可以,但這個汁像糊仔一樣,不是很想去沾它,反而自己灑點兒鹽在牛扒上,好味多了。
