號外! 號外! 大埔新開校長燒肉日韓料理,有刺身,壽司,冷盤,韓燒和火鍋,更有熟食,蒸點,炸物,甜品,雪條和雪糕,飲品更有凍飲,啤酒和冷熱花茶,真係種類多多。首先員工送上出煙嘅海鮮拼盤,有手掌咁大嘅虎蝦,扇貝,蠔和牛肉,頓時有種興奮嘅感覺。刺身有三文魚,吞拿魚,希靈魚,帶子,螺片和八爪魚,食落鮮甜有味,美中不足係每次只可選擇三款,唯有排多幾次隊。壽司種類也不少,我較喜愛花之戀,油甘魚蟹子沙律壽司。相比之下燒烤種類最多,有些花多眼亂,最後挑了牛仔骨,雞軟骨,叉燒,秋刀魚,雞腎和雞翼雞, 皆十分入味。日式清湯和壽喜燒湯鴛鴦火鍋,主要選擇蔬菜類來中和飽肚。最後嘆杯海鹽雪糕,冰菠蘿冰蜜瓜好少放題會見到冰涷鮮果,好夠特別。總括環境寛躺,座位鬆動,眼見員工勤快收拾枱面用具,我們選擇價錢最貴時段715至915仍覺得$218價錢合理,值得一試。
