星期二晚,大約6點幾到達,唔洗排隊等位。頂住日本百年過江龍名號,所以期待滿滿。寫紙落單,野食款式唔算多。吉列豬扒煮烏冬 $108湯底揀左-老店傳統味噌熱明太子平烏冬 $88加配蝦天婦羅 (2件) $28加配燒地雞手羽 (3隻) $48餐廳境觀好,一入去係好吸睛,一排大玻璃窗對正維港食物方面,好咸!烏冬口感唔錯,但兩個湯汁都好咸,食左一半已經咸到食唔落。小食上枱時係熱辣辣,但都係偏咸。另外一提,員工人手不足,買單係拎單出去比錢,企左好耐都冇人出黎,同食野位又有段距離,想搵人幫手都唔得。

食物方面,好咸!

烏冬口感唔錯,但兩個湯汁都好咸,食左一半已經咸到食唔落。

小食上枱時係熱辣辣,但都係偏咸。


另外一提,員工人手不足,買單係拎單出去比錢,企左好耐都冇人出黎,同食野位又有段距離,想搵人幫手都唔得。
