私自取消訂位，不給客人電話通知，
將責任歸給客人，不懂處理問題，
極度不負責任，令人好失望的酒樓，
其實一早已知當日訂位已滿座，
但網上還給人訂位，沒有即時轉為不能訂位。
處理手法非常失當。
