To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說,久仰大名的永年,我上週才第一次吃呢,還要是在最新開業的銅鑼灣分店。餐廳裝修簡潔,以白色為主,好乾淨的感覺,週六下午茶時間來也要排隊下單,深受打工仔歡迎。一場來到,朋友和我都選了五餸車仔麵 ($59@)!(如果吃內臟的朋友,吃大碗麵 ($67) 應該會好興奮,有足足十款餸啊)我選了蘿蔔、豬皮、雞翼、魚皮餃和時菜,配米粉,每款餸份量都挺多啊~ 然後因為吃不到辣,就要了清湯,湯底偏甜的。蘿蔔、豬皮都好好吃好入味,蘿蔔夠冧,完全沒有根。豬皮也不會有毛,高質也! 雞翼挺大隻的,調味剛好。我一向喜歡吃魚皮餃,這裡的也是大隻的,餃皮煙韌,都不錯吃~朋友則要了魚蛋、魚皮、溏心蛋、芝心丸和時菜,配烏冬。她說魚蛋好彈牙比想像中好吃,溏心蛋也會流心的!不過香脆魚皮要快點吃,浸在湯裡好快冧。加$17的樽仔奶茶雖然有點甜,但是好香滑的港式奶茶,我很快就清掉了😆。
