看完燈影節後過了蘭杜街覓食,貪那裡有停車位,看到這家小店座無虛席,於是好奇看看它們的餐牌,發現價錢合理,又剛好有人埋單,立刻決定試試雖然是小店,但服務十分到位,經理主動介紹這裡的招牌菜先來一個黑松露蘑菇湯,完全感受到已被打碎的磨菇,配上煙韌的餐包為這餐晚飯掀起序幕招牌菜一是煎封芝麻吞拿魚,吞拿魚被黑椒及芝麻煎封,配上甜酸柑橘汁及清香柑果肉,又香又甜,吞拿魚雖是薄切仍啖啖肉招牌菜二是傳統他他牛肉拌以緹魚、洋蔥、酸豆、黑椒、法式芥末、醃菜、地戎芥辣、VSOP干邑調味料配鄉村香脆麵包!生牛肉用喼汁醃成黑黑的、解除了我對吃生牛肉的恐懼,再拌以我最愛的生雞蛋,口感超滑招牌菜三是限量供應的法國空運黑青口,以香蒜蕃茜白酒汁煮成,配上香脆薯條!我連湯都喝掉呢最後一個招牌菜是美國安格斯羅西亞牛排 !牛脊肉上伴以香煎鵝肝,配上蘑菇汁及紅酒牛肉汁!男友愛吃三成熟、肉質難得的鮮嫩點了那麼多道菜人均消費都只是四百多塊左右,真的是超值
