是晚做左大鄉里出城去左銅鑼灣一間好有藝術氣息嘅餐廳食飯,叫左好多新菜式,豐富左眼睛又豐富左肚皮。野食未到,首先有Old time sake 品嘗下先,Whiskey 聞落唔太重酒味,飲落開頭薄荷味重,到喉嚨好香酒味,易入口。香燒原隻北海道帶子配魚子醬 - 上枱有堆番梘泡圍住,帶子燒至微焦,切開呈半生狀態,好滑溜,墊底有薯茸,估唔到成個present 好夾!龍蝦芝士通心粉 - 有半隻龍蝦,微燒表面,啖啖肉,細細隻龍蝦但蝦膏十足;芝士通心粉無得輸,做倒拉絲效果,芝士味濃,雖然細細碟但十分飽肚。澳洲和牛 - 外面煎脆,內里肉質保留嫩紅,雙重口感,唔點醬食保持原汁原味;伴碟炸菇唔會乾,仲好juicy 添。朱古力椰絲mossse 又有特技效果,番梘泡再現,mossse 好creamy 又滑,椰絲味濃,唯一美中不足就係太甜。成間餐廳上至裝修下至餐碟都係藝術品,用上唔同嘅畫作同物料做裝修,餐碟方面好少女心,顏色豐富,影相一流!
