轉咗新工之後,久唔久會同同事放工出去食吓野~上星期就跟大隊去咗呢間私房菜,如果唔係同事帶路,真係估唔到呢個位有餐廳!

餐廳安排我地入咗細廳,都幾有私隱度。同事一早order咗套餐,我就靜靜等食就夠😋 

先嚟前菜,一套三件—自家制甜酸齋、茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子、本地沙律菜,個人覺得3者都做得好出色,既有濃味、酸味同清爽,特別欣賞食佢個甜酸齋,調味剛好唔會「那喉」👍🏻

再嚟「黑松露醬炒花尾躉班球配鮮露荀」,黑松露味好突出,露荀又夠鮮嫩,第一次見呢個中西合壁既配搭,估唔到又夾喎!


一定唔可以錯過佢既「招牌茶王燻雞」,燻得好好食,外脆內嫩,聞得出茶香味,唔怪得係招牌啦!


我都幾鍾意「醬燒厚身豚肉」,豚肉細細舊又多汁,嫌太多肉又可以食返D青木瓜絲解膩!

留意返,環境都係正常工廈餐廳水平,唔好期望太高,勝在店員服務態度有禮,反應快!
