喺太子一個唔顯眼嘅小巷當中,掛住一串串嘅黃色燈籠。打開門口嘅布簾,可以見到當中興高采烈嘅食客。當中有幾位熟客叫我一齊飲番杯,場面氣氛真係好高漲。免治雞肉腸用咗雞肉和雞軟骨混合製成,燒熟之後配搭生蛋醬一齊食,口感幼滑又多汁。黑糖燒菠蘿外層嘅黑糖炙燒到焦糖化,口感香脆。而焦糖嘅甜味可以中和菠蘿本身嘅酸味,所以食落好香甜。士多啤梨豬肉卷第一次見到呢個組合,所以就即刻叫咗嚟試。士多啤梨嘅酸甜中和豬肉卷嘅油膩感,好清新。手羽原隻炸雞翼,皮脆肉嫩又多汁。燒三文魚鮫連魚皮燒到焦香,底層魚肉鮨味多汁。
