本身話食九層塔,點知變左做蒸邊爐。是但啦一班同事去邊到食飯都冇所謂,最緊要圍埋一齊開開 心心食餐飯。聽講衣間野係好多名星夾份開,我地BOOK左位,準時上到去見到大枱都滿座,不過仲有D細枱空左,我地咁多人就BOOK左大枱啦,上到去已經埋緊單執緊枱,但係我地都等左十幾分鐘先有得坐,見佢地執枱都執得幾慢,酒樓個D先係速度。等緊個時我已經睇準左D位要避開風口位,因為我企係到等個時覺得吹到正。企企下有同事發現左有名星!一男一女,吾同枱,不過我對本地"名星"完全冇興趣。望住佢地抹枱會有點不安,抹完張枱都吾會好乾淨嫁啦,不過當D野放曬係張枱到個時就吾會太留意到嫁啦,同埋咁先襯番衣D地方,我說服左自己。終於有得坐,餓死人,不過餓住黎食你係一定會後悔,因為蒸邊爐重點就係一個字──等。大中華係有糖水甜品部,一坐低就有人會SELL你野飲,我地叫左椰青,要即刻比錢找數,因為佢係第二個部門,WO~椰青好飲,冇睇幾錢,D肉都好食,不過個膠匙……軟到咁,一啪就斷都吾知點食。用筷子吉好曬佢之後慢慢食。睇番張單先知原來醬油費13人=$260,每人$20元,咁又比人收一份錢,貴過飲茶GE茶位。大枝嘉士佰X5=$100分黎

美國安格斯牛肉(大),超超超超超好味!!!平時食打邊爐同韓燒係吾會食到”蒸肉”GE味,
打邊爐係直接放落水到,食個時係有湯味,但肉本身個味係會比D湯煮走左,其實吾會好鮮;而韓燒就係一食就一陣熱氣味,好香口,但都吾會做到"蒸"個種"一放入口,D汁就飛出黎"的感覺,即使你係燒得吾係好熟,入口都要咬先會有汁。
我第一次食蒸肉D肉係完全冇落調味料等等,純肉片,冇特別期待感。
但一開蓋就覺得個樣好特別,因為無論係打邊爐定韓燒都好,肉一熟左拎起都係乾身收左水,但蒸係完全充滿水份,一黎係倒汗水,二黎係佢D肉汁仲係塊肉到。
未食,放埋口已經聞到香味,一放入口,真係好多汁……未食過咁多汁GE肉。
係食得出佢D汁係原汁原味,咬落都好林,就算吾小心蒸耐左其實都吾會好老身,相反,你燒耐左定煲耐左,佢就即刻老比你睇。
日本黑豚肉$108,超超超超超超超超好味!!!個人鐘意食豬多過牛,所以我覺得今次都係豬香D好味D。講係,真係全部同事都覺得衣到D肉係真係正!我咁細食都可以食得落成底呀!!

四寶丸拼盤$58,食吾出邊粒打邊粒,用黎醫肚幾好GE,不過我覺得係到食D咁普通GE丸係非常之吾抵。
黑松露鮮墨丸$68,係要自己分一舊舊去蒸,幾好玩。食落都係好爽口好爽口~

甜栗米$28,好好味呀,我最鐘意食平野。玉米我地同D丸一齊蒸,放係邊邊位,大約兩三輪之後就食得,好香好甜呀!!佢切開細細舊都可以比好多人分~NICE!

加拿大桶蠔3份,每份$118,應該真係太太太太太好味D同事先會叫完又叫,真係好大隻,生咁上黎有D想生食哈哈。就算蒸熟左都吾會縮曬水,仲有大大隻GE SHAPE係到,不過口感同味道由於我冇親自食過所以講吾出,不過D同事食得好滋味,覺得都抵食,生個時睇落都好新鮮。

珊瑚蚌$88,桂花蚌$88。其實我分吾到邊樣打邊樣,我對蚌其實冇咩興趣,不過同事夾到埋黎味食,覺得個口感都幾好,我已經UP吾出係咩口感不過我吾抗拒的話感覺就係客觀GE好味。印像中橙色個個蚌係好有海鮮GE鮮味,我覺得幾好味。

粥底$88,勁勁勁勁勁勁好味,本身已經知個粥係吸收曬D海鮮精華,但始終冇親口食過,食過先真係知有幾好味!!!不過我有D驚太熱氣,老火粥……有同事第二日覺得喉嚨痛。
BO緊個時我地好驚會痴底,每人一枝筷子穿著個板D孔孔,一齊比少少力就可以拎得起,然後其中一個攪下D粥。不過SO FAR冇痴底,我地蒸到後半個時D粥會沸起飛上黎,所以我地先驚會不會痴底。

菜好似係吾洗加錢.
有樣吾係幾開心GE係冇得食甜品,佢GE甜品部係收11點……我地十點先黎食,佢就不停叫我地落甜品,但我地都未飽,岩岩先開爐就問,邊有心情叫。到我地食飽飽佢就收檔……但甜品店,竟然收11……暈。
