To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約咗朋友在深水埗金豪酒家食晚飯,是朋友介紹,說小炒唔差夠鑊氣!金豪有2間,其中一間有上下兩層,地方算寛躺。龍躉兩味;清蒸斑頭腩,蒸得剛好,頭腩油份較重,入口滿是魚油的香味,非常嫩滑,醬汁不會過鹹,雲耳吸收了醬汁及頭腩的味道,非常惹味!送飯very good!而翡翠炒球,肉質非常鮮嫩,口感爽滑彈牙,啖啖肉,鑊氣十足!蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子,乾濕蒜一齊蒸,味香濃,底部粉絲吸收了蟶子和蒜汁的味道,非常惹味!主角蟶子肉厚鮮甜,蒸得剛剛好,不會過韌!豉油皇炒麵,簡單但不是間間都好食,金豪炒得不差,油量適中,不會太過油,幼麵條乾身彈牙,鹹味適中,夠鑊氣👍🏻
