講真,去湘野食飯,十枱有九枱都必嗌佢個「蒜蓉粉絲蒸活蝦」!唔係誇張,真係鎮店之寶級數!一上枱,嘩!成座小山咁高,十幾隻大蝦排排企,最癲係有啲蝦腳仲喺度「郁郁貢」,新鮮到呢~ 師傅手起刀落開邊鋪滿金黃蒜蓉,下面墊住索汁力爆燈嘅龍口粉絲。蒸嘅時間啱啱好,蝦肉爽脆彈牙到一個點,完全唔霉!仲要啖啖肉,蝦頭仲有少少膏,鮮甜到呢~重點嚟啦:啲蒜蓉! 佢哋炒得超級香,唔會死鹹亦唔會油淋淋,帶少少焦香,同蝦嘅鮮味夾到「啱啱好」!蒸完啲精華全部滴晒落下面嘅粉絲度,啲粉絲吸盡蝦汁同蒜香,食落仲搶戲過啲蝦!我自己可以清晒成兜粉絲,一滴汁都唔放過,真係邪惡到震!份量夠晒 3-4 人 share,抵食夾大件。唯一挑剔係蝦殼有啲難剝(新鮮通病啦),同埋要趁熱食,凍咗粉絲會黐埋一舊。總結: 如果嚟湘野淨係可以叫一道菜,我必定揀佢!鮮活、鑊氣足、粉絲無敵,食完仲會掛住啲蒜蓉味~ 未試過?真係要走轉荔枝角會一會佢!
