To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係蒙古菜呀🇲🇳竟然係香港食到依啲特別嘅菜式🤩 未去到蒙古🥲就食住蒙古菜體驗下先啦🤣蒙古菜大部分都係烹羊入饌，所以今餐係全羊宴🤣😋 🐏🥢 沙鍋羊肉粉 $58好大鍋🤣細食的話，一個人未必食得曬。先講湯底，好濃肉味但係係好平和同清淡個款，同埋我覺得冇羊臊味。配料有豆卜、木耳、腐皮、蘿蔔同埋羊肉片。特別係個麵底🍜雖然我揀咗米線，但係同平時食開個啲好唔同，佢比較粗少少，食落口好煙韌，有啲似薯粉，好特別🤩🤩🐏🍚 爆炒羊雜飯 $68依款就好惹味，辣辣地🌶️送飯一流👍🏻羊雜其實我覺得同牛雜差唔多🤣不過因為羊內臟，臊味都會比較重，朋友話特別係個肝，有啲臊🤣🍲🍲 肚包肉湯2個 $68大概係羊肚包住羊肉，依款個湯係再濃味啲，不過因為我地已經好飽🤣就冇再飲個湯了。包住係入面嘅羊肉，好腍😆記得要沾佢個韭菜醬，超濃韭菜味，有啲驚喜🫢🤭🫑🥚 燒椒皮蛋 $38推薦大家一定要嗌❗️好食❗️調味岩岩好，仲有啲熟蒜撈埋🧄可以自己揀辣或唔辣。重點係佢係冰凍的🧊，不是室溫，好清涼😋😋
