看了網上介紹,便來到The One 20樓。一出升降機,已經覺得好夢幻,餐廳裝修照著電影《創戰記 Tron Legacy》設計,感覺cyber,除了露台位可以打咭,看日落或夜景,餐廳亦有其他位置可以打咭。麵包牛角包用風乾機烘過,令口感更脆。全麥麵包,很適合點自家製香草醬。香煎北海道帶子、風乾豬面頰肉、燒粟米濃汁粟米濃汁質地好似蓉,味道鮮甜,每一匙都食到甜的粟米粒,風乾過豬面頰肉很薄,香脆可口,鹹香味濃,帶子質地很滑。香煎法國鵝肝、焦糖洋蔥、脆烤多士、鮮無花果鵝肝質地很軟,黑醋汁中和了油膩感,多士很脆,無花果清甜,洋蔥又甜又滑。Phenomenon法式龍蝦湯、干邑忌廉用了新鮮龍蝦,肉質彈牙,龍蝦湯經過長時間餚製,味道濃郁,還有酒香。香蒜炒全麥紅辣椒扁意粉,鮮活蜆扁意粉軟身,蒜味香濃,浸透辣味。波士頓龍蝦尾、意大利飲管粉、秘制龍蝦汁、鮮蕃茄、羅勒香葉龍蝦肥美肉厚,飲管粉質地很特別,軟硬適中,每一條飲管粉吸收了龍蝦和蕃茄汁,味道很鮮甜。香煎鮮嫩深海鱈魚、法色青豆泡沫、炒野菌鱈魚肉身很厚,鮮嫩多汁,魚皮膠質很重,有油分,青豆泡沫味道較淡。烤美國安格斯頂級肉眼、法國鵝肝薯蓉、鮮蘆筍、馬爹拉酒汁肉
