之前提及過生日特登去咗食葡國菜,後尾留意到原來香港都有葡國餐廳,呢間仲係葡籍主廚主理~其實之前Restaurant Week見到$438一位嘅tasting menu都有啲心郁郁,近排佢哋出咗Taste of Portugal餐牌,6道菜晚餐都係$388/pax,真係冇理由唔試,拉埋啱啱去完Lisbon嘅朋友睇下佢正唔正宗~一上枱就會有前菜,有啲自家製肉醬同醃製橄欖,可以搭配麵包享用~跟住就會有一系列嘅共享小食,例如係食葡國菜必嗌嘅炸馬介休球🤤呢到炸得幾香口,食落去外面微微脆口,炸衣做得好薄身,入面有見到一絲絲嘅馬介休魚肉,同薯仔blend埋幾香,唔會太鹹,點埋蛋黃醬就啱啱好,朋友表示同佢係Lisbon食嘅一模一樣,完美還原正宗味道😛傳統葡萄牙白酒蒜蜆蜆肉都幾新鮮大隻,加埋啲牛油同蒜煮落去勁香,呢個幾有驚喜😆香烤伊比利亞黑毛豬豬肋眼都好肥美,食落去肉質好軟腍,出面微微香脆,加埋面頭嘅mayo同molho醬好惹味~紅菜頭沙津配羊奶芝士食落去幾清新🥰跟住每位都可以揀一款主菜,自己就揀咗招牌焗鴨飯,焗飯表面焗到有層飯焦,下層嘅飯就blend埋大量嘅鴨肉,吸收晒鴨絲、臘腸同五花腩嘅精華,除咗食

跟住每位都可以揀一款主菜,自己就揀咗招牌焗鴨飯,焗飯表面焗到有層飯焦,下層嘅飯就blend埋大量嘅鴨肉,吸收晒鴨絲、臘腸同五花腩嘅精華,除咗食落去每一啖都有鴨絲,個陣鴨油香好明顯得嚟又唔會好油膩,比起想像中更出色~

另一份就要咗Bacalhau and Squid Caldeirada,鱈魚都幾香,而且仲保留到鱈魚個種獨特嘅texture,鷹嘴豆及薯仔都煮得幾軟腍入味~

最後嘅甜品Bolo de Bolacha絕對係重點,因為佢係無限追加!其實佢係傳統葡萄牙餅乾朱古力蛋糕,食落去啲cream帶奶香亦夠滑,仲會食到佢個layering,感覺嚟講都幾得意,最後同朋友都追加咗一件🤣

另外呢到加Sangria ($58/1)都幾抵,同朋友一人一杯幾有feel🥂

總括嚟講,呢餐飯都食得幾滿意,味道嚟講絕對夠正宗,好多道菜都比想像中更出色,而且服務都唔錯,個景望住大館,成個環境都幾有氣氛,都推介大家一試~留意呢個menu係期間限定,淨係去到7月18號,想食嘅朋友就趁早🤑
