為港女友人慶生, 當然要色香味兼打卡一流的地方, 上OR見到 Royal Inn , 連不愛打卡的我見到也不禁另眼相看; 二話不說即時訂位友人仍有下場, 所以約在黃昏時段, 意外收獲欣賞到餐廳的日落景色非常美麗, 餐廳座觀一大片落地大窗, 還有陽台座位, 落霞景色盡攬, 晚霞餘暉亦走進室內, 配上餐廳內的宮廷吊燈, 晚飯前先餵飽眼色二人點了龍蝦濃湯, 野菌松露忌廉湯, 香蒜大蜆意粉及兩份 side dishes; 兩份湯非常濃厚, 松露味與龍蝦味在熱力下非常突出, 連餐湯的烤麵包亦出色, 帶著檻欖油的香氣不太愛餐包的我忍不住整個吃掉; 兩個湯的質素性價比十分高燒蘆筍及炒菠菜烤菇, 大蜆肉汁多且鮮甜, 很合口味; 想不到 side dishes 的菠菜烤菇更精彩, 尤其菠菜非常新鮮, 烤菇juicy鮮軟, 非常喜歡見到期間限定的雪花冰, 點了Mixed Berry 一款, 有士多啤梨, 藍莓及麻薯配料; 牛奶做底的雪花冰軟綿香滑, 不會像一般沙冰的那種雪麻的口感; 加上像有點焦糖味的濃郁煉奶更好吃, 而且吃到最後, 雪花冰也沒有溶化得很多, 沒有水汪汪的質感, 十分欣賞還有友人最愛的心
