To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 菜色不算差，卻未有特別驚喜

逛屯門市廣場，無意中發現屯門也有間翡翠拉麵小籠包，原來開張不久，興之所致，進入去試一試。裝修不錯，有個舒適環境進食，事半功倍，印象分加倍。既然名稱是拉麵和小籠包，就點了三個拉麵(擔擔麵、酸辣麵、牛肉拉麵) 和一個小籠包，加一碟賽螃蟹。突然發現，和我上次在霸王山莊點的菜非常類似，可能是口味問題，現正好比較一下誰的較好。擔擔麵：味道不錯酸辣麵：不夠酸，不夠辣，味道不好，吃完不想再吃牛肉拉麵：三碗拉麵，這碗味精比較重總結拉麵：不算太差，但既以拉麵為名，就有點失望(可能寄以厚望)小籠包：算稱得上皮薄餡靚賽螃蟹：似稀粥，份量相當少，但價錢並不能小看，不算好吃整體而言，菜色不算差，卻未有特別驚喜，勉強給個笑臉
