蝦仁肉質頗有彈性,滑蛋超級滑,喺我喺屋企點都煮唔出嘅樣子。配上黑松露嘅香味,成件事好夾。

秘製蟹黃醬海皇炒飯
呢個飯鑊氣好夠,啲飯應該係好似中學家政老師教,用隔夜飯炒,炒完係呈一粒粒嘅狀態。本身個海鮮飯有魷魚、元貝、蝦仁等高級食材已經好鮮味,加埋蟹黃提鮮真係無得輸!

脆米金沙炒翠玉瓜
份量好足,翠玉瓜清甜配上鹹蛋黃味道又幾有新意,加上有啲脆米口感都幾特別,餐牌標示呢個菜係自家研發,我最欣賞廚師會跳出框框,走出comfort zone 去試新嘢!
