知道這家餐館最近新開又讀了這麽多的好評,昨天決定同一班識飲識食既朋友去試下。服務方面,真的不錯,可能餐館樓面本來就不大,夥計都好attentive,不時主動倒茶、refill茶同收走食完既碗碟。食物方面,是夜已經盡量點餐館推薦既菜式但味道方面是真的真的不值呢個價錢,要俾呢個價錢,我有好多好食既選擇。前菜:口水雞 – 雞帶雪藏味,應該用左冰鮮雞,所以無雞味同好鞋。味道缺乏層次,只帶痲勁。雲耳 – 不爽脆、過凍同過痠。湯:杏汁豬肺 – 不過不失。主菜:Wasabi(?)蝦 – 收188大圓得6小粒。蝦既size同一粒公仔點心既蝦餃差不多,上桌時不熱,是暖的、粉挺厚,味道還OK。話梅排骨 - 過痠。話梅味全靠最後加上去個汁而來,好似不是一齊煮出來。欖菜四季豆 - 好油,不夠干身。
