30/10(五) 1pm日本菜,彷彿遺忘了它好一陣子.休假的週五,拜訪了棉登徑的"道".小店格局,座位不過二十,客路除本地人外,東洋及西洋人皆為座上客.我倆坐於吧臺,點了天婦羅定食$130及吉列豬扒蛋飯$90(跟烏冬).天婦羅定食--兩者皆以薯仔沙律及漬茄子作序幕.以前者的水準較為出眾;薯蓉的幼滑夾帶著什菜絲的粗獷;雙重美味!刺身則以鯛魚及炙燒吞拿魚上場,鮮度無庸置疑!溫泉蛋為另一前菜,滑溜半生熟蛋盪漾於味醂海中,惹人憐惜!至於作主角的天婦羅蕃薯,南瓜,白魚,蝦,甜豆,紫菜,炸得輕怡,真味猶存.吉列豬扒蛋飯--洋蔥與雞蛋這配搭,乃我的池中物.無奈味道淡薄得有點納悶,珍珠米亦然,慶幸吉列豬扒肉質腍軟肉香;若肉汁充沛點可為佳作!湯烏冬的湯頭清純,耐嚼烏冬順滑入喉,頂呱呱也!以綠茶雪糕及咖啡作結,感覺完滿!再者,此處服務水平及衛生程度亦是讓人莞爾的...
