鑽石山間Fullhouse Kitchen,真係覺得呢間餐廳好得意。大概有半個鋪位係售賣日常用品,有得外賣雞蛋仔,而家仲有好多特式飲品同咖啡等等,最入面就係餐廳座位。近期發現Fullhouse改咗餐牌,由原本嘅東南亞菜式,變成賣西式牛角包、意粉、甜品等等。海蝦意大利粉。蝦隻份量都幾多,意大利粉用橄欖油炒得爽口彈牙,帶點點辣味,非常惹味。炒意大利粉本身就係要帶少少油份,呢度亦處理得幾好,並不油膩。墨魚仔忌廉蝴蝶粉。估唔到呢度兩樣海鮮意粉都幾好味,無論海蝦又或者墨魚仔都新鮮爽口,好有咬勁。忌廉蝴蝶粉配搭得剛剛好,少少creamy,又夠濃郁。小龍蝦沙律牛角包三文治。沒有大期望,反而有驚喜。餡料爆滿,小龍蝦都唔錯,份量多之餘,又係幾有咬口。沙律亦都好清新,配上牛角包,感覺新鮮香脆,配搭得宜。甜品仲試埋牛角包麵包布甸,用牛角包做嘅麵包布甸真係第一次食。因為係用牛角包,麵包層特別酥軟,同一般軟淋淋嘅麵包布甸好大分別,個人覺得呢個配搭比傳統嘅更加好食。布甸甜味適中,再配上雪呢嗱雪糕,好味。
