To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於荔枝角ᴅ𝟤 ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ ᴏɴᴇ的日式燒肉店,發現同層亦有幾間最近挺受歡迎的餐廳,這間燒肉店屬於中等價位,平日晚市也差不多滿座,座位之間有屏風相間,不會被鄰座客人打擾!晚市有套餐選擇較親民,不過想按自己喜好選擇就單點了😆⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫<炎藏和牛極緻6點拼盤> $588<上等牛舌> $88<靜岡冷麵> $78<炎藏沙律> $68<韓國泡菜> $38拼盤有六款是日精選的和牛部位,分別是和牛貝身、上後腰脊肉、和牛羽下、臀肉蓋、和牛鞍下及和牛友三角,臀肉蓋及和牛鞍下屬於薄切和牛,輕輕一燒就可以享用,其餘四款則是有些厚度的和牛,不同部位在油花及牛味上差異不大,全部吃起來都油脂感滿溢,有在日本吃和牛的感覺!另外上等牛舌是薄切的,口感爽彈不韌!炎藏沙律上面有些白飯魚仔,沙律菜拌勻酸醋汁開胃解膩!還有燒肉必點的靜岡冷麵,這個冷麵偏向麵線質地,加了青瓜和泡菜是絕配😍
