To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友約我去D2食飯,佢唔講我都唔知原來上面有間日式燒肉店😳 仲話出名食和牛燒肉😋餐廳環境闊落,坐得舒服唔會迫👍另一邊仲有梳化卡位炎藏和牛「極致」4點拼盤和牛就當然必點啦!分別有和牛芯芯、和牛羽下、和牛肋肉及和牛鞍下。Menu都有詳細介紹每個部位,同肉質🙌🏻 我個人最欣賞就係和牛鞍下,肉質脂質比例平均,入口即溶得來又唔會過於肥膩🫶🏻日本產豚里肌、日本產雞柳另外都有叫豬同雞試下,豚里肌即豬背脊,肉相對會有咬口啲,但唔會過靭。而雞肉都夠嫩滑,都係一個唔錯既選擇😻蝦、帆立貝海鮮控就點都要嗌啲海鮮燒下既🤣但結果好驚喜!大蝦好大隻,燒落肉質keep到爽滑,仲有豐富蝦膏😋帆立貝亦都好鮮甜,我覺得呢兩款海鮮係必點!月見紫菜飯(配蘭王蛋)食燒肉係一定要送飯的😀紫菜飯配蘭王蛋係絕對唔會輸既配搭☺️
