To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日返工好攰,放工一於食餐好,經過D2 place one, 見到有間日本和牛燒肉好吸引,一於試一試。我們order了炎藏二人餐,入邊有沙律、泡菜、上等牛舌、炎蔵和牛「極致」4點拼盤、虎蝦、和牛咖哩飯、2杯飲品和雪糕,完全唔洗諗😆食物好快送到,先來韓式泡菜、沙律、蝶豆花青檸梳打和巨峰提子乳酸梳打上等牛舌,肉質鮮嫩多汁,超級軟熟之後當然係主角和牛、牛羽下、牛內腿肉、牛尾筋肉和牛鞍下。全部燒到半生熟放入口,油脂豐富,而且分佈平均,咀嚼時油膩滲出,充滿脂香。點埋燒肉汁真係👍牛味極香濃,每一款都好味道虎蝦有手掌咁大隻,新鮮美味,口感鮮嫩多汁和牛咖哩飯,咖喱甜甜哋,又唔辣,仲有幾粒和牛,加埋一齊食好正最後唔少得甜品,沖繩海鹽雪糕和3.5牛奶軟雪糕,非常滿足
